Terms and conditions for site use and enquiries
These terms govern use of this website and the submission of charter enquiries, before any booking is confirmed.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply to skippered motor boat and motor yacht charters operated by Radioged from the port of Alicante, covering half-day and full-day trips for holidaymakers and small groups. They govern how enquiries made through this site are handled, how a quote is issued, and the conditions attached to the charter once it is confirmed.
A skipper is included on every charter arranged under these terms, so no client licence is ever required to take the boat out. Guests travel as passengers; the skipper is responsible for navigation and the safe conduct of the trip at all times.
The specific vessel named in your proposal, whether a motor boat or a motor yacht, is confirmed only at the point of booking. Availability, route and date determine which boat is offered, and the written quote you accept sets out the agreed vessel before any payment is taken.

Terms and conditions FAQ
How does Radioged confirm the final price before I book?
After an enquiry, we issue a written proposal naming the vessel, route and exact price, including any fuel line. Under these terms, no charter is confirmed until that proposal is accepted in writing.
Does submitting the enquiry form commit me to a booking?
No. The form only opens a quote request and creates no binding agreement. A charter becomes binding only once you accept the written proposal and its stated payment terms.
Do these terms require me to hold a boating licence?
No licence is required under these terms. Every charter runs with a skipper included, and guests are not permitted to operate the vessel themselves.
Are fuel costs included in the price quoted under these terms?
Fuel is kept separate from the headline half-day and full-day rates. It is calculated per route and shown as its own line in the written proposal you receive before booking.
