What this charter enquiry form collects, and why

A plain account of the information collected when you send a charter enquiry, and what it is used for.

Data collected

The enquiry form on this site asks for three things: your name, an email address, and the message you write. The message field is free text, so it only holds what you choose to add — preferred dates, group size, a route you have in mind, or any other detail relevant to planning the charter.

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry: to work out which vessel suits the group, to put together a written proposal with price and fuel cost, and to answer any follow-up questions before booking. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond handling that single request.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to handle the booking request and any follow-up — typically until the trip is completed or the enquiry is closed without a booking. Once that purpose has been served, the record is deleted rather than kept on file indefinitely.

The data is not passed to any third party. It stays within Radioged's own booking process and is used by the person handling your enquiry, nobody else. No mailing lists are built from it, and no data is sold or shared for advertising.

Correction or deletion

To have your details corrected or deleted, write to the email address given on the contact page. Requests are actioned directly, without need for a phone call or form resubmission.
